BPM Premium is our flagship service; we arrange a next day appointment with the vendor, a next day turn around for the photographs and floor plan with an optional extra marketing or lifestyle shot at each property to give your details that extra edge. We guarantee that our floor plans are accurate first time and do a unique ‘4 check’ system to ensure this; If, in the unlikely event a mistake does slip through (in respect of physical features only), the amendments and the first 1000 sq ft of the floor plan will be free of charge.
- The Premium service is our first priority and the job will be attended the day after the order has been placed
- Photographers use 14 mm lens and 2 flash units
- Images and floor plan will be with you the following working day
- Full room preparation allowing premium quality photographs, time allowance included for setting up rooms and lighting
- We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all images taken and will do a free re-shoot if you are not fully satisfied
- Right First Time guarantee; if we deliver a floor plan with a mistake in respect of physical features we will correct the mistake and the floor plan is yours free of charge (first 1000 sq ft)
