BPM Economy is the lower cost alternative to our Premium service, designed for instructions where low-cost is the highest priority. You will not find lower prices from a one stop supplier in the market. BPM Economy is an online only service, with a typical next day turn around. BPM Economy has bolt-on upgrades to enable you to tailor it to your specific requirements and is perfectly suited to small properties, lettings properties, empty flats and flats with small budgets which don't require a next day turn around time.
What you get with BPM Economy:
- The Economy service is an online service only, and the jobs will be booked after all our Premium jobs have been booked.
- The photographers use 18 mm lens and a single flash unit
- We aim to return images and floor plans as soon as possible, typically next day, but it can take up to 3 working days (after our photographer has attended the property)
- Basic room preparation only (max 2 minutes per image)
- Floor plans follow RICS code of practice
- Parking and congestion charge is chargeable in addition where applicable
- Re-shoot of images is at the Clients expense
- The Economy service has a 'bolt on' option which allows you to upgrade your turn around times, guarantees, re shoot and room preparation
