If you need BPM to do attend the job the next working day you should use BPM Premium, but if it is less urgent you can save money using BPM Economy. Decide the quality of the marketing material you want to use for you property. The BPM Bespoke and Premium photographers are better equipped than the BPM Economy photographers. We do guarantee for our photography and floor plans to be accurate and be delivered on time, if we fail the job is yours free of charge. If our guarantees are important to you, the BPM Premium is your best choice. BPM Economy jobs can be upgraded to include guarantees with a premium. Decide on desired room preparation by our photographers. The BPM Premium appointments are being given more time for preparation than the BPM Economy appointments. If your property is over the £1.5 million bracket and/or is of high importance to you, your best option is the BPM Bespoke. Unlimited amount of photographers, latest equipment in the market, bespoke design and brochure service will provide you with fantastic marketing material. It's an investment not a cost - "It might cost you more adding professional photography and floor plans to your marketing material, but research shows that it is likely to attract more buyers, which again increase the chances of selling your property at a higher price." |
