BPM Bespoke is designed for agents who want to provide their clients with the ultimate marketing package. BPM Bespoke is created to suit those instructions at the very top end of the market, needing the finest details available. The assigned photographer is one of our highest ranking, full-time photographers, who will spend a minimum of half a day (or as long as required), shooting all photographs from carefully selected angles using the most technologically advanced equipment available.
They will also take the time to speak to the Vendor about any unique features of the property and particular rooms or views that they will miss when they move, allowing them a further insight into the character of the house. BPM Bespoke offers a choice of digital, medium format film (transparency) photography plus a high-end bespoke brochure design and dedicated property printing service.
What you get with BPM Bespoke:
- Two highly experienced photographers will be sent to the property, accompanied by our bespoke brochure designer. This will enable the photographer to take shots that will be appropriate for the brochure design
- Ultra-wide angle lens from 10mm gives an excellent width of view
- The photographer will not have a specific amount to shoot. They are required to shoot a STUNNING selection using every ounce of their creative ability!
- Prepared to the finest detail, the BPM Photographers takes time and extreme care over perfecting the lighting and composition
- Exterior images - the BPM photographers take images at different time intervals throughout the day to get a variety of light options on the property. If the day is cloudy or dull they still do the exteriors, but we will re-shoot the exteriors for FREE if the client is in any way dissatisfied
- Professional lighting equipment ensures an even and natural tone
- Floor plans follow RICS code of practice
- Right First Time guarantee; if we deliver a floor plan with a mistake we will correct the mistake and the floor plan is yours free of charge
