Floor plans are an integral part of your property marketing package. We have a unique '4 check' system to ensure they are correct before returning them to you the working day after attending the property. If you require plans for printed details, brochures or online listings, we can provide them to you in any format or size you need at no additional cost.

Our photographers take their time walking around a property, noting all the unique features and possible problem areas before starting to sketch the floor plan. In this way we make sure to catch the little things that other companies may miss.

We are so confident of our floor plan accuracy that we guarantee it's correct (in respect of physical features) when you first receive it. If, in the unlikely event, we have mis-measured it, the first 1000 sq ft are free of charge.
